- Test status information — letting clients check the progress of requested tests

3. Retention period
- Inquiry information: until the contract or consultation is completed (if a contract is concluded or you request it, part of the information may be kept for contract performance and follow-up)

Information is deleted without delay when you request it, unless the law requires it to be kept.
4. Provision to third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties except where required by law or with your consent. No personal information is currently provided to third parties.

12. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy is effective from September 17, 2026. Any changes will be announced on this website at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for important changes affecting your rights). The previous policy applied from August 1, 2019 to September 16, 2026. In case of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.
